i bought my truck and it has a buick v6 3.8 in it but its an auto and i cant stand it!!!! i wanna put a 5 speed in it bad. what would be the cheapest way to throw a 5 speed in it but still not have a weak tranny i want it to hold up i run my rig to hard but i want sumtin that will hold up thanks  

what kind of truck? Toyota? Advance Adapters makes kits for all kinds of conversions. They used to make one for a Buick V6-to-Toyota tranny. If you need a flywheel check with Poston Enterprises or TA Peformance. That 3.8 you have has TONS of potential, but GM never used it in front of a manual trans (that i am aware of)
