It's called an E-Track system. Look up Mac's Tie Downs, I don't think that is the exact system, but they have one that is identical that will give you an idea of what to get. Hope that helps.

have ya seen wheel straps?

I use em on the car hauler to haul MBZ, jags, and vw's that don't have andy tie downs. they wrap the tires and hook the rails or "D" rings can be used. there a few options also for tie down locations and type...

heres one pic, I'll get some in the moring of the other method I use, it's not something I would normally snap a pic of.. all legal, and believe me there no other trucks that get hassled as much as car haulers about tie downs..

I was right, it is infact the E Track system.

We used the 8ft steel tracks. To reinforce it we welded steal channel every two feet or so under the trailer to it's subframe then drilled into that, through the deck, and bolted it down with grade 8 bolts. We also filled the rest of the holes with wood screws. The system works great!

heres you basic ratchet strap this has pads to keep the strap from slipping off of the tres... (completly unnesesary btw..) and an extra hook to hug the tire.

they come in different lengths also and can cover ya for a38" tire
I've seen haulers on their sides with the vehicles still secuerly tied down with out any damage using the straps.

if ya wanna get fancy, you can use the winch and cluster.. which is by far the most effective.

theres the "J" hook which is being used in the photo,
the "R" hook which is used in all types of frame hole that it'll fit in and the "T" hook which its the preffered and strongest designed fot eh rectanular holes as pictured below on a ford ranger...
