I have nothing but problems with this company, They Suck! Their customer service it the worst I ever had to deal with. I ordered a lift kit for a chevy and they sent me one for a Bronco. And they Said "We never make mistakes" even thought they over charged my credit card they will not do a thing for me till they get their part back in stock.I did not even get one " I am SORRY" out of them. MR JEFF First off We did apologize on numerous occasions I for one did as well as the rest of the sales staff here at Rough Country. I agree that your order was mixed up however you make it sound like we did it intentionally, So now it is my turn to give our side of the story. We did not overcharge you card for what was ordered however the Bronco kit does cost more then the chevy kit. The reason our staff was hesitant on placing blame on ourselves was due to the fact that not only was the lift kit supposedly ordered wrong but so was all the add ons that you ordered such as the brakelines, sway bar drop brkt and the front qaud shocks. All this together just seems to be to much for a mistake. Now lets talk about the resolution of the problem, First yes we did want you to notify ups to bring merchandise back ( at our cost ) to ensure that we are not out two lift kits, Second we have no problem crediting your card back the difference ( not to mention an extra 40.00 dollars for the troubles) and shipping you the correct product. For you to say that our customer service "sucks" is way out of line. But the one thing that really chaps my ass is you posted this after we corrected the issue and everyone was happy. So Mr. Jeff if you have anything further to say about our company feel free and I will answer any Questions you might have
Thanks for your time Jason Birkes sales rep

well he sounds p.o.'d! i guess theres 2 sides to every story and this could be a lesson to all of us to never assume anything about a person or company unless based on personal experience. i for one am glad mr. brikes was able to tell his side of things, however i can see how this mix up may have happened; suppose i call and order part#x, but in my haste to place the order i over looked that the part i really want is #y. i continue to order extra parts in this fashion- yeah i'll take the widget that goes along with that. so now the salesman is adding parts for the one wrong past unbeknownst to the buyer. i say you both got to say your peace, no harm no foul.

i realize this is an old topic but i just wanted to chime in and say ive dealt with Rough Country and many other manufacturers for over 8 years and they are one of the BEST in customer service bar none. I dont work for Rough Country but if we have any problems here at Rocky Mtn. , they dont ask for a boatload of paperwork to fix it, they just do it. Thats pretty lame to even start this thread after they fixed the issue and gave you $40. Just my .02, CHRIS

at least they resolved it. i had a "truck accessory" company out of Sugarland, TX last year that took my money then told me a few weeks later my parts were on back order. to make a short story long, they dicked me around long enough on my refund i had to call the police and report internet fraud before they jumped up and gave my $$$ back. Lesson for the day boys and girls? ...if i can't drive to your place of business and buy it i don't need it. unless we've done biz in the past and i know ya. (like Summit and Jeg's)

I never had a problem with Rough Country, I ordered a lift for my Jeep from them and the springs were lost in the mail. I dealt with previously posted Jason Birkes on the phone, and he took care of everything quick and painlessly. I can say I thought costermer service was great. Thanks again Jason, the Jeep does great.

I've dealt with Rough Country for many years and they have the BEST customer service IMO! They always go out of their way to fix any issues.
