Drive shaft "fall" off because they are too short for lift and pull out of splines under torque or suspension flexing. Sounds like you lifted and did not lengthen drive shafts.

Yup, sounds like you need a longer drive shaft... strong doesn't seem to be the problem.

Huh? You mean like the U-Joint straps that hold it to the yolk?

You need a longer drive shaft here duh.... you are chasing up the wrong tree here to fix your problem. When you lift vehicle you need to lengthen drive shafts. Front is usually first to be thrown when borderline in length because forward drive torque drives pig down and away from Tcase and pops short shaft off off splines.

Then Ujoints failed because of higher drive angles. Higher running angles reduces the torque capacity of joint and through is big tires and stock gears and it is slow certain death over time. Rather than looking for a bigger rubber band to wind up, you need to consider changing gear ratios to reduce average torque loads on drive shafts. Many never even remotely consider the relationship between tiresize/axle ratio and drive shaft torque and the effects of it. Never seems to enter the equation.
