i was looking at my truck the other day and noticed... its slightly lower on the drivers side.... what is needed to fix my lean

Are you sure it's not just where you're parked? Try measuring from the ground to the fender well to verify it's actually off and not just an optical illusion.

What kind of vehicle?

it. my 81 silverado...i will have to measure just to make sure but i look at it everywhere i park and it still seems the same... everything gets me a little nervous with my truck cant help it lol

Yea, measure it first, but on an '81 it may be time to replace the springs.

Easier just to had a shim or two depending on how bad it is. It is rare for them to be truly level and actually you want them to be a bit high on drivers side empty so they are close to level with a drive. IH scouts where shimmed that way form factory for many years.

make sure the front spring shackles aren't bent. (look right below the door where the fender and the doors meet) it's common for them to get pushed over sideways.
