hey i bought a 1981 toyota pickup 4x4 22r when i got it it ran fine it has about 250,000 miles on motor! and i been driving for about a month then it completely craped on me it takes a long time to start now i have to really pump the gas  it pops loud coasting in gear like the choke turns on when it warms up up it gets power to carp and excel pump is fine it acts like not getting enough gas thought anyone have an idea what i should try doing? trying to sell. and at one point had very! bad dirty gas runnin through it, not anymore though.  

Sounds to me like you need to clean/rebuild the carb... especially if it started after running the bad/dirty gas through it.  

it started doing it before that bad gas but ended up worse after but ill try that
