You will need a 350 Eprom for ECM or a 350 ECM and 350 injectors. The ESC and knock sensor is the same.

So the accessories are good? what about the intake?

Everything should bolt right up and intake is same. The only difference between ECMs is the Eprom in them. You can change that or whole ECM. I do assume you are planning on using a 350 of same era/age. You want a 87 to 95 TBI350 not a pre TBI motor because that will not likely pass emission due to internal differences in compression, ports and cam timing. One concern though since this is California will emission requirements stay with body year or engine size/year when you swap this?
