I haven't been on this website too long but I have posted my rig on here and a few forums asking for advise or help. I thought thats what these forums were for, but I soon realized that no one replies around here. I can understand no one commenting on my rig, it aint much, but I thought four-wheelers helped one another. But I guess that's asking too much. But no problem I'll just stop asking questions.

Sorry man, like Mud said what'd we miss? You also have to remember, most of us are working stiffs and don't check the forums every day. I'm self employed, and I'm not to busy I'll check everyday, but if I'm swamped with work sometime I'll go days, even weeks without checking, same with alot of the other guys.

Well several things can be happening when you have alot of views and no answers. Depending on topic someone might read your topic and be looking for same information you are. They click on your post to gather info. The other is like you stated earlier, they don't know the answer to your question, so they don't answer. Everyone on this forum helps each other, if someone here knows the answer to your question it will get answered. So start spitting them out.

For what it is worth I reviewed your post history and I can kinda see why you got no responses because of subject matter. Had they been technical questions they would have been addressed. Myself, I can be on no assistance with your past posts so I do not answer as others have done too. It does not mean that we are ignoring it, just that no one that read it has been able to respond to them as needed. A lot of those reads are from guests to that are not members and cannot post either.

I can answer this for you... you are the first Alaskan member of these here forums... asking specific questions about Alaska on a forum with nobody from Alaska isn't going to get you too many answers, at least not super fast. Give it time, we'll recruit more from Alaska eventually...

I knew moving to Alaska was gonna suck. Too bad I didn't know about this site when i was in Indiana. Thanks mud8- and Web Editor. Guess I really am on my own up here. Maybe I can create a new chapter in AK call it "the extreme northwest chapter" or something.
