Yup sure will. We did this very same swap on Motiracer38's 85 pickup...  

the body bolted right up on ur 85 with no drilling or frame modification  

Ok, got the answer from Motiracer about it...

"The cab mounts from 84-88 were all the same and completely interchangeable. The cabs from 89-94 were all the same and interchangeable. The four body mounts lined up to within about 3/8 of an inch. I am not sure about the bed though, as I never had one on, nor am I sure about the placement of the cab in relationship with the bed. Heck I don’t even know if the front two mounts in the core support line up as I haven’t used them either. And of course this only applies to the standard cabs since the extra cab grew about a foot in 89."
