From the looks of the pictures the canyon was only opned a little past the bridge.  The mud that was available looked good!

I think it will be open, with a limit on # of trucks allowed in.
last sunday they were lined up at 645-700 and any rigs after #75 were not allowed in.
they may increase the number this sunday but it looks like there were many who did not get in last weekend and they will be in line early.....  

I'll wait another week or so. might bring one of the R/C cars in case anyone else does too

Jon wanted to go up Sunday too, but with the amount of people they are letting in and not being able to go until after 2 I think he's going to wait a couple weeks. I'd like to go check it out, but I'm in the same boat as him... and still no 4wd... lol  

I would be up for a sunday am run to play....give it a couple of weeks though. I think there will be plently of mud...  

oh yeah you bet i'm down to go!  I've been looking at my schedule to be able to.  I want to try and make it out there before September.  Can't do anything during football season.  

Looks like this weekend the Forrestry Service upped the vehicle count to 125.  It's starting to look a lot better.  Reports out of the canyon said that the canyon filled up around 8:30am.

I'd be willing to take a drive up there.  Either on August 24th or 31st.  Anyone else interested?
