Basically after the 6 outer bolts are taken off to remove the warn hub face, I am stuck. On my other rig, the dana 44 just has a snap ring that sits in the machined part at the end of the axle. The one on this 10 bolt is solid.  Anybody have any idea what i should do?

the snap ring on the axle stub shaft doesn't hold the hub in. it has a wire ring that needs to be compressed to remove. use a pick, awl, or small screwdriver(s) to pick it out while pushing in on the hub, when ya get it out screw in a couple of the cover bolts to pull it out of the hub.

See your other thread, Mud answered it pretty good there... was this double post a result of our little forum issue right now?
