Anyone know when they're gonna drain the "lake"?

The upper reservoir, where the wheeling is, has been drained for a few years because of the construction... did they let it fill back up in the last few months or something?

I'll show you some recent pics if you tell me how to post them. Yeah, it looks like a good place to fish! I,ve heard that they might limit some of the area due to construction.
