hey guys word on the street is the state parks is losing its lease in july of 2008.   so on top of doing what we can to stop this closer id like to go out there for a possible last time. maybe late april or early may???

I'd love to say I could, but I'm pretty booked up until at least June....

And I guess I really don't want to believe that there is a possibility of losing Pismo...  

I got a desert run in april, I will try to talk the wife into early may. It might not be easy because we have a week in Tahoe in june, I would love to try my jeep out there tho. Im pretty sure we would do the room thing as I dont have equipment for tent camping.  

sweet,  theres a motel 6 a couple miles from the beach,  we all stayed there once.   i wouldnt mind staying agin.  

I hope it is not true that CA may lose Pismo as an OHV.  It is so incredible how this stuff comes dwon the pipe.  

I hope you guys get a good last run in.  I am real surprised that you guys dont go to Pismo so much any more, a yearly run was always fun!

We would love to make trip down for a Pismo run!

Well that was easy....

How about if I throw out a date that works for us and see if you guys like it....

June 21 and 22nd is a Saturday and Sunday, it is far enough out that we can all start to plan for it...  

What do you think about that?  We miss Pismo the most from all the places we all wheeled together at... It would be awesome if we could get a good group together for this!!!!

Although I am without Kermy I still have the duramax...but it will be gone soon too...if that happens I should have a replacement within a month or so....

Let see George does not really care for the dunes but we will see him in Moab.  Ummm Kevins buddy, I forgot his name too but he has been to picmo a few times with us.

hell yes im in.  i dont mind pushing it back  for you two one bit.  i dont think ou will have a problem with a BFT.  I towed the jeep out on a flat bed  with the 1 wheel drive hemi and i did fine. i even made it way up to pole five and made my left inside the beach to camp.  hey if you get stuck you have 2 sick jeeps to pull yourself out with.   Tim said he will be there too
