a company called 3leaf fab makes a IFS elliminator kit but its not for anything over a '93 i think. its 950 for pre order. i didnt look into details. they tell you compadable axles. its for the truck of the suv models i think. i will see wat i can dig up.

the tech editors and such are saying that its not a common rig, or not common off road. i think it would be a good candidate except for the IFS. they are compact, my s10 has room for four average size adults and a bed for cargo. stock its not bad off-road. a solid axle swap and 4in lift would do it good. top it off with some nice mud terrains and im in business. ill keep dreamin cuz im short the cash and the company 3leaf fab doesnt make a kit for my truck. YET!!!! cant wait. by the way, anybody check 3leaf fab out yet? wats good/bad about them?

well i would say that they is enough out there in the after market for the average Joe to do on the Colorado. i seen one in my town with about 4 inch lift some 33's and exterior upgrades. it looked awesome, thought it was a full size until i got up closer[it was a crew cab]

I understand the editors saying it's not a real common vehicle, but come on, neither is a scout there almost extinct, don't get me wrong I love Scouts so no hate mail please. What about with the new 5.3L in the 2009 line up, that would make a killer build

ive seen many silverados and seirras lifted and with big tires. besides, i wouldnt take a full size off road where i live. the trails are a little to tight for a rig that big. and because a s10 and calorados are so "uncommon" is why i would like to see a build on them. seriously, the took a 2wd jeep and put it on a dodge frame and drivetrain. how common is that? i think s10s are more common than that build. the end result of it was really cooollll though.
