It's a rock complex right next to the Pismo beach dunes. But it's closed most of the year because thats where the rare spiney north american laughing seal lays their eggs.

laughing seal ,hmmm,we have a columbian green stinkfish problem here,they wash up and every buddy wants to smoke them for consumption,go figure,that creates a a problem,peeps get stoopid and crowd the beach ,making a hazard to drivers
