The Audubon Society is suing the National Park Service, demanding that 4WDs be banned from Cape Hatteras National Park. A federal judge will rule on April 4th.

Wonder what their cause of action is? and why their sueing the NPS,to get to a very specific,very narrow demographic.banned from the park? Will any one else be banned,little wheelers like raptors and the like,or all people.their trying t pll a similar stunt down here,only its developers trying to get land,using the city to get it.saying that its damaging the ecosystem.BULLHOCKY! the dev. wants to BULLDOZE.YES YOU READ RIGHT,a large tract flat to build on,when the other side of his face was crying tree hugger diaper filler!
