I read the H3 was going to built on the S-10 frame and the I-5 cranked out 350hp. But in my opinion th H1 is the only true Hummer made.

I didn't see that, but that could be how they are dropping the curb weight that much.
Back to the original subject, my dream rig for dayly driver and play would be a 1 ton ram 24 valve cummins turbo, banks stage 3, d70 rear d60 front, 4-6 in. skyjacker softrides, 38x14.5 tires, short bed regular cab.

I would rip out the drivetrain in my 79 blazer, swap in a twin turbo lingenfelter corvette motor, beefy th400, maybe a klune underdrive, rockwells, atlas or marlin crawler t-case (which ever makes the 11:1 low), detroit lockers, like a 75 gallon fuel cell, 38 inch boggers, king coilover setup, and insead of a winch, i will have my top fold open via hydraulics and a hd crane comes out to just lift me out of whatever i want to get stuck in, because in my dream rig i only get stuck when i want to.

i would love for my dream wheeler a cut up tj with a cummins desil run on vegtable oil aka a bio desil. it would have huge coil overs sittin on 2 1/2 ton rockwell axles with diff brakes instead of 4 wheel disc cause nothing is stronger than a brake on the gears. it would have atlas 2 with klune underdrive. and b rolling on 48 inch whatever tires. not shure on the tranny but i love a stick with low gears. it would have a winch front and rear. a full roll cage. a nice custom long arm kit with just a small 4 or 5 inch lift. i would move the axles out far enough front and rear for good aproach and departure angle. full hydrolic steering. lockers front and rear no air lockers though something with a cable to engauge it so i wouldnt haf to worry about ripping air lines. onboard air with a hose reel to work on it on the trail. onboard welder for same reason. double beadlocks all the way around. five point harness for all four bucket seats. 4 wheel steering. and a good sound system. i probably left out a few small details but thats the jist of it. anyone want to sponser the build?
will work for jeep parts!
