Notch Master

The Notch Master tubing notcher is manufactured by JD2. The same durability and quality engineering found in their benders is also found in their notchers. The Notch Master main frame is machined from a thick solid piece of steel. The drill shaft is made from stainless steel to eliminate the corrosion effects from coolants. The bearings are double-sealed to keep dirt and shavings out. The Notch Master has the capability of notching 3/4-inch through 3-inch tubing up to 50 degrees, and offset notches up to 1 1/2 inch vertically. The Notch Master is currently available from Medford Tools and Supply and sells for $249.
