I own a 99 sonoma 4x4 high rider (zr2 in chevrolet terms) and i just read the article about the project range runner.
Any chance that there may be a high travel suspension for use GM guys. My truck has pretty much the same set up as the ranger (torsion bars, CVs...etc).
Also I have the same question about the front and rear torsen diffs, I would love to get my hands on those. Ecspecaily the front as I'm not very confident in my sonomas stock front limit slip diff.

Eh... not really.
The S10/Sonoma platform has long been neglected in the desert community. The best that I can suggest is to check out G-Machine Racing (I'll try to find a link to their website, or google it) they build some really awesome S-10 stuff and I'm sure for a price could work out something for your 4x4.
The Torsens, now thats going to be an issue. The ones in RangeRunner are still in the prototype phase to this day and arn't available to the public yet.
Good luck!
