I have noticed in a few different off-road mags that some of the rigs have some sort of a different looking BFG MT. But the tread design is different from that of the normal tire you see advertised and that many wheelers have. The tread is sort of a "J" or "hook" looking pattern. I was just curious as to what these tires are called and where to find info on them? If anyone has any info, please tell.

I have been on the BFG website and have not found any pictures of the tire. I know what those other tires look like and the tire I'm looking for is very similar to the T/A KM but a little different. Thanks for the reply though.

Yea, there are several varieties of the BFG MT's...
In addition to the tires that Papa posted there are also the Baja's, Baja TA's, and the tire that comes on the Rubicon's.
And if you are looking at older projects there is also an older version of the MT.
The tire that you are thinking of, the one similar to the TA but not, is likely the JK Rubicon MT (not called that, just the tire that comes on the new Rubi's)
