FJ Intake

Advanced Flow Engineering (aFe) has a new Stage 2 cold air intake system (PN 54-81162) for the '07 Toyota FJ Cruiser that's said to deliver a max gain of 13 hp and 21 lb-ft of torque. A one-piece molded airbox with an attractive brushed aluminum cover fully encompass an inverted-top conical high-flow washable/reusable air filter blocking out engine heat. With the deepest pleats in the industry, the 360-degree radial air filter allows excellent airflow while providing superior protection. A strategically placed auxiliary air scoop channels additional airflow into the airbox. A tapered molded intake tube funnels and accelerates cool air to the throttle body. This system is designed to also fit the '03-'07 4Runner and '05-'07 Tacoma and also is available with the high-efficiency Pro-GUARD 7 media ideal for off-pavement environments, and with the new oil-free synthetic Pro-Dry media that requires no reoiling to maintain 99.4 percent filtration efficiency.
