I'm hoping that someone out there may be able to help me find a snorkel for my 1986 frod f250 ,or how to make one? please e-mail me with any ideas thanx dan hammerandnail@comcast.net

SAW an f250 with a modified "ARB"snorkle,visit the web page and hava look see,happy wheelin,wish i coud be more help

yeah try arb,if they dont have an app for your ford then they should be able to match one from a diff app to come close to the ford...i read an article in the 4wheel mag the other month and they put one on that wasnt quite right and they made it work with some extra cutting to make it fit...or ive seen some home made ones with 4" hose from like home dpot and a cone type k/n filter.

Actually making a snorkle is not that hard. The hard part is properly waterproofing the engine otherwise and the rest of drive train.

I made one out of pvc for my 88 bronco works good and is cheap

I'll second ARB... they should have something for ya... and if they don't they should have something that will work. If not, making your own isn't too difficult... but these guys already said that...
