I have a 04 GMC 1500 Z71.I was wanting to know if anyone has any info on the Ready lift torsion keys.I'm not looking to run larger tires just level it out.Is this a bad Idea?

It is a bad idea. Not sure why so many promote "keys". The is not free lunch with these as they can place suspension at or near top of travel and make for a pitchy/ruff ride at times and throw alignment geometry off too. Not sure why some many want to "level" a P/U anyway. To me there is nothing funnier looking than a truck that has been "leveled" and is carrying a load or towing a trailer and dragging is butt (rear much lower than front)

I just had the ready lift keys put in my silverado.  I am really happy with the way it looks.  I didn't notice that much of a difference in the ride.

YOu will under right road conditions. You have little or no extension travel left in front end and geometer is off now too. There is a reason that front end is centered in travel for height but it seems to escape many.
