I wonder how many kilowats the new hyrid trucks are puting out,cause it be cool to hotmod the genset and boost the voltage to acommodate a large electric motor on each corner, eliminate the tranny, tcase and pumpkins,put rather large batterys in the bed and off you go,WHEEE,..well maybe,instant torque and built in traction control,hmmm a small diesle to run genset and have AWSUM ground clearance,at least down the middle. Maybe use gear reduction boxes at the axles ala hummer,fer the low range ,driver selectable of course. Maybe...ohh the motors would ride parallel to the tires up n down , oh well,mebbie i will win the lotto,HEHE!!
