If this is the future... then the future looks SICK!
I believe you'll start seeing off-road oriented IFS/IRS vehicles from the factories soon. Don't ask how I know. ![]()

man, that is so cool. before i saw the pics, i had visions of the old ford mut jeep's independant suspension. this set up is a far cry from the a-arm/wishbone set up on the m151.

yeah, the part I like in the add pic with one tire lifted off the ground, they say only with independent suspension........on the contrary, a solid with the hydraulics they are using will do the same thing including raise and lower the hieght, and park sideways on a 45 degree angle.
there are some definate advantages here for huge tires........at what cost? honestly though if it was affordable it may be something I'd seriously consider if I wanted to get bigger than 37" rubber

WOOHOO! again thats what ahmm talkin bout, But think my waggin would b w/o all the hydraulics, though i heard that some older t cases had a pto output. even some newer ford SD had it, a pump mounted to the pto would be better than a power stearing pump to run a hydraulic winch or upper, downer motion on hydraulicly assisted suspension....maybe
