Hey out there, What are the best suspension lifts 3" to 3.5" for a 2wd Toyota Tacoma double cab Pre Runner.

Also, would it be a good idea to change shocks and struts when putting the Suspension lift in?

As long as you are not doing hardcore offroading, these kits will do just fine.
