The list is endless. Start with Summit for bits and pieces, and end with KRC for entire crate engines.
If you want to narrow down what you're looking for, it might help....

One of the 360's biggest issues is conservative ignition timing due to lack of active spark management and because of this timing is conservatively retarded to limit consumer complaints running cheap(low octane)fuel. One of a best improvements you can make for improved power and response is a modified and more aggressive timing curve and higher octane fuel(at least 89). Some smuck will likely spout off that there is no more energy in higher octane fuel which is true BUT it resists preignition and allows timing to be more aggressive and for combustion to develop higher peak pressure at more favorable piston/rod to crank shaft angles which result on more power and response and better MPG too due to increased energy capture from fuel mixture during burn. With 87 octane fuel and 8.9 to one CR this is not possible (except maybe in really cold weather) so timing is retard from factory so pressure rises slower, peaks later and it does not peak as high to help prevent destination of lower octane fuel. The result of this is engine still runs but efficiency is down and MPG with it and 360's are generally well known for their fuel thirst because of this.
