I am trying to find out about any reason why no one has made a suspension lift kit higher than 3" for this vehicle. Being a past installer and a mechanic for the last 16 years any info on this matter would be greatly appriciated. I am know a metal fabricator and have asked my employer if this is a project he would like to further explore, so I am doing some research on this subject. THANK YOU!!!

There could be any number of reasons why companies have not produced lift kits for these trucks yet.
Could be the fact that most people that buy them are soccer moms and the market isn't there, could be something with the vehicles electronic stability or ride control programs. Could be that they can't fit larger tires than you can with a 3" lift. Could be anything.
Of course those are all just speculation. The only way to know for sure is to ask the companies that arn't making them.
If you figure it out, let us know. I know I would be interested to find out!

Well, if enough Durango owners wrote letters/emails/called the different companies maybe one of them would consider making a lift. Might be worth trying.
