Why don't you have an Avatar?
Just wondering... you're only like the most senior member here by a long shot... lol

Quite honestly I never even thought about it. I guess I could upload one if you support that as I do have a avatar floating around here somewhere that I have used elsewhere. Just never been into them much.

You will have to upload it to a site like Imageshack.us or even your site first then use the link to load it here... but it's pretty simple.
You should add one, as should everybody else here! I'm tired of looking at that stupid gray box everyday... lol

Sweet!
Can't tell you why your sig keeps disappearing though... are you trying to use HTML in it? I know we don't support that and that could be the cause.

Sound like ujoint drive line angle problem. Ujoint are not constant velocity joint when bent beyond about 3 degrees. There is a velocity variation across joint that change twice with each revolution. The steeper the angle, the more it changes and the more you will feel it. A aftermarket CV joint is rear drive shaft at the joint running at a angle will fix it. Also if it is the rear joint on pinion flange you could shim axle to get angle more correct. On this joint you want it to be about 3 to 4 degrees tilt down static because on input torque it rises up.
