Come on, give it a few more years to grow. What's the problem? At least change the index to reflect the last event instead of 05. Lator...

The official word is that we are taking this year off to concentrate on TTC and other FW business.

DONT CANCEL RTCC! I wanna see Gator (Mike) jump up and down like a little girl again when/if he wins again! :P But seriously, there are SO many of us Nissan guys who are living and breathing and building just to get out to Indiana again for this! Even all the way from Canada!

Hey now!! I did not jump up and down like a little girl, maybe like a big girl with tiny boobs but not like a little girl hehehe I'm looking foward to returning to Indiana if not to compete but to cheer on some of those who were there cheering me. Good thing I came in 2nd or the ground would have been shaking and I would have been jumping like a big fat 8 year old hehehe Lator....

As another former competitor (2004) I would also lament the permanent loss of the great event. TTC is great, but lets face it. Most people cannot afford Pro built $100K rigs. And there are plenty of venues for these purpose built rigs to compete. RTCC was the only event available for REAL trucks. And I mean REAL. I drove my truck 1500 miles to compete and 1500 miles home afterwards. You won't see anyone in TTC do that. Bring it back. Please.

RTCC was the first event I went to as a Four Wheeler staffer, I wouldn't mind bringing it back, but I was fortunate to go on a year with great weather... so maybe bring back RTCC but move it to a nicer climate... lol

True, Indiana is beastly in August. But I would enter again in a heartbeat, no matter where it's held.

Come on, stop complaining about the weather. We are supposed to be wheelers, it does not matter what the weather is like, it still beats staying home. Why not do it at a different park around the country every year? This way it will be difficult for people to pre run the course. Anyway, I know your tired of hearing my opinions, but my crew and I had a great time and I knew of at least 5 other guys who were looking forward to entering this year. Lator....
ps. I still keep looking in my mailbox
