I have a 76 chevy stepside. its got a 6" under it with 35's. I restored the truck when I graduated Marine Corps boot camp last year. Its fully restored. I twisted my chassis where the cross member from the transfer case meets the frame. the frame rolled outward a lil. any of ya'll got any suggestions for a quick, yet sturdy fix????

This one is easy. Deeper axle gears. Try some 4.88's or so after you straighten frame. Many ignore axle ratio with lifts and big tires and hope to "fix" it with engine mods and running low range a lot or granny gear and never even remotely consider the counter torque that frame must absorb with big tires and tall gears. You need to fix the cause not bandaid the result of it. I am surprised that you did not bust motor and tranny mounts too. (motor mounts have metal interlocks so they could be busted too) I am also surprised that you have not twisted off a drive shaft too because usually that happens before frame bends. Every ft lb of drive shaft torque MUST be absorbed by mounts and frame in the form of counter torque (Newtons Law, for every action there is a equal and opposite reaction)

Did you chassis twist and stick or just flex? I'm not totally understanding what happened. If it's bent you need to get that professionally fixed by a frame shop, if it just flexed, thats normal.

I have a good idea about what he is talking about here. I bolt jack between it and floor/ground lifting will straighten it.
