I have a 95 4runner, I would like a bumper replacment or brush guard. My main concern is mounting lights and a jack. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Google is your friend. I see some bumpers from Slee, ARB, SmittyBuilt, TJM, and Kaymar. And I would be AllPro and FabFours would probably have something too.

Me to I am going to modify my existing S-15 crapt bumper To accept a grill guard weld a couple plates to it. They are thin and lousy bumpers so I'd like to put on a tube bumper but it's a small 4 cylinder power = none so the weight will kill it my big winch /brush guard no winch was to heavy so I took it off going to try a grill /radiater guard.S-15 Jimmy 4x4
