I have a 86 F150 4x4 with an IFS front axel, but would like to put in a dana 44 pinion over axel straight axel that i have from a 79 bronco does anyone know if the ring gear and pinion will swap so i dont have to buy new gears? as well is this an easy swap? looks like it should just fit in almost directly. I am a welder/fabricator so im not worried about trail arm mounting brackets and stuff.  

If you are installing a reverse rotation high pinion axle you will need another gear set like that.
